Thought I'd share this story with you. Burt and I were leaving the house Sunday evening, when we were flagged down by this guy sitting in his truck on the street in front of the house just watching us. Very strange. He wanted to see if we were the ones that purchased the property. He went on to tell us everything he had gone through to try and purchase the property, and how the listing agent ignored every attempt at contact. Then he proceeded to offer us $15,000.00 above whatever we paid. Lol! Isn't that crazy? Not a bad profit for only having had the house a week. I thought I'd share that. Thought it was pretty crazy.
